Portland Gateview Elementary: Ollie Otter and Friends! (Kindergarten and First Grade)

Ollie Otter talks about the importance of vehicle child restraint laws. He teaches kids how to help keep themselves and the grown ups they love safe by making sure everybody is using seat belts and the correct car seat/booster seat for their age and height.
