Want Ollie to make a special appearance at your event? You’re in the right place! This form allows you to request an Ollie mascot suit, but please note—availability is extremely limited and requests are approved on a first come, first served basis.

Here’s how it works:

Submit your request using the form below.
If approved, we’ll follow up with a short form to gather more details about your event.
We’ll ship you a Rubbermaid container that includes the Ollie suit and an event kit filled with a measuring poster, coloring pages, and helpful safety materials for families.

After your event, we kindly ask that you return the suit as soon as possible, and no later than 5 days after your event, so we can share Ollie with others across the state.
